You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or limited edition products


πŸ” Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email or SMS.
If the return is approved, a full refund will be initiated:

  • If paid by UPI, refund will go to the same UPI ID

  • If paid by card or net banking, refund may take 5–7 business days

Refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  2. Mention your order ID and the reason for return

  3. Our team will arrange pickup via Shiprocket

  • We offer free return pickup for eligible products

  • In case return pickup is not available in your area, you may courier the product yourself, and we will reimburse standard shipping charges
