At Lexcot, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please do not send any product without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible products.
You can request an exchange for:
- Size
- Color
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
In such cases, Lexcot will arrange the return or reimburse the applicable shipping cost after verification.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Gift cards (if applicable).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
